Class 2: Nutrition & Gestation
When pregnant, it’s vital to eat a wide variety of foods to ensure you get all of the nutrients you need to grow your baby. Eating a high-protein diet (such as the Brewer’s diet) during pregnancy is a great way to stave off preeclampsia, high blood pressure, swelling, premature labor, and other not-so-good pregnancy issues. Dr. Brewer recommends at least 80 grams of protein a day up to 100-120!

We will also be exploring our pregnant bodies in this class. Pregnancy can be a time of joy. It is important to widen your understanding of how your body works.
Learn how your body works and how you can work with your body.
